What a wonderful Christmas present!  This 8 x 8 is called Harvest Star.

Time & Tide 6 x 6

This is a 6 x 6 barn quilt called time and tide.  Most of my barn quilts have a border, but this one the design goes to the edge of the barn quilt. This was made as a birthday present.  Barn quilts make great gifts!

Monona County Twirling Star

This is a 4 x 4 barn quilt that I just made for a couple from Monona County, Iowa.  I love the way they have mounted it.  What a great picture with the corn field and rolling hills in the background!

Time & Tide on Building

Primary colors always look great on a barn quilt!  What wonderful contrast with this white storage shed.  This is a 2 x 2 barn quilt called Time & Tide.

Woodbury County Fair

Pedal Tractor Farm 2013

The Woodbury County Fair is starting a display of Barn Quilts of Woodbury County. The display will be located in the Old Glory Dance Hall.  If you would like to include your barn quilt, please e-mail a picture to coachgrinch@hotmail.com along with the address where the quilt is located.  This year's fair runs from July 30 to August 3, 2014!

This is the wall of my newly redecorated sewing room.  Barn quilts can add a lot of color indoors too!

Star within a Star on shed

This is the star within a star hung on this shed.  These colors really pop on this white building.  Red and yellow are great colors to catch your eye.  I love seeing pictures of my barn quilts on buildings.
